2–3 day boot camp + 90-day coaching:
Day1 roles and theory → self-assessment and RACI
Day2 APQP and statistics → PFMEA→CP and 8D workshops
Day3 inspection/supplier/customer/digital → audit simulation and signed 90-day plan
Modules can split into 2h micro-lessons; prerequisite for QC lead → QE promotion.
Training without bound projects fails — tie to 90-day milestones (CP alignment, 8D closure, audit participation).
Do not keep inspection KPIs for new QEs; adjust RACI and mentoring.
Trim APQP depth by industry — automotive keeps full PPAP; others may lighten PPAP.
